ISIS militants who contracted HIV from captured sex slaves are being forced to become suicide bombers.At least 16 fighters were diagnosed in al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor, medical sources told Kurd news agency ARA News.
They are now being held in a quarantine centre after being infected with HIV fromtwo Morrocan women.
"IS leadership is planning to assign suicide attacks for its militants who are tested positive with AIDS,” a civil rights activist in al-Mayadeen told the agency.
"Most of those infected are foreign militants who had sexual intercourses with two Moroccan women.
