Brutal video shows girl, 13, being dragged by hair and kicked in the head

Video has emerged showing a teenage girl being dragged around the hair before she has her head slammed into the ground.
The shocking footage filmed in Cowdenbeath, Fife, yesterday, also shows the girl being kicked in the face by the alleged bully.
Police are now investigating the clip after it was uploaded to Facebook.
At one point the victim is said to be ‘shaking like a leaf’ before she is dragged around the corner while a crowd of children looks on.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: ‘Thank you to those concerned members of the public who have contacted us regarding a video of an assault in Cowdenbeath, which is currently on social media.
‘We are actively investigating the matter.’
A 15-year-old girl was charged with assault yesterday evening.
